The Kunštát-Lysice Micro-region

The Kunštát-Lysice micro-region is characterized by the picturesque landscape of Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, a system of natural parks, cultural monuments and sports opportunities. The micro-region occupies the northwest part of the Boskovice region. Its overall area is 130 km2. There are about 9,555 inhabitants in 22 municipalities: Bedřichov, Býkovice, Černovice, Dlouhá Lhota, Drnovice, Hodonín, Kozárov, Krhov, Kunčina Ves, Kunice, Kunštát, Lhota u Lysic, Lysice, Makov, Nýrov, Rozseč, Sebranice, Stěchov, Tasovice, Voděrady, Zbraslavec and Žerůtky. Kunštát and Lysice are the natural centres of the region.
